1. Returns
We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and Unopened: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.

Non-returnable items:
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the above conditions, we will issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The returned item must meet the conditions outlined above.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. International Returns
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International returns will be processed in the same way as domestic returns, but additional customs fees or import duties may apply.
7. How to Return an Item

8. Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nivodevicecar.com. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
